RGJ River North

This stand alone concept for Real Good Juice Co. packed a lot of retailing into one very small footprint. There are three bars: juice & smoothie, panini & bowl and ice cream & coffee. Prep and dish wash is located in the basement and a take-out window serves a sidewalk café on the south side of the space. The renovation included a new steel framed floor and a moment frame to stiffen up the 4‑story structure.
