West Loop Firehouse

Present Future Architects is working with two entities collaborating on a bakery café / retail concept in an existing 3‑story historic firehouse. The renovation will include a new kitchen, coffee bar and retail space while making further adjustments to the base building to retain the 3^rd floor dwelling unit. A complicated program and building required thoughtful solutions to this forthcoming West Loop amenity.
