Christ Church Chicago

Originally built in 1916, this magnificent structure underwent a complete renovation to enhance & preserve the building for another 100+ years of service to the Woodlawn and surrounding communities. The church renovation included a complete replacement of MEP systems, new life safety systems, elevator installation / accessibility upgrades, restoration of decorative plaster and art glass in the dome, window replacement, new seating / stage and AV in the auditorium, refinishing the foyer, lower commons improvements with a new commercial kitchen and the introduction of new classrooms / admin office space.
